Marta has supported LSE IDEAS in research, strategy, and management on both a full-time and part-time basis since 2015. Marta is the co-founder and manager of the Women in Diplomacy Project. Marta also manages the LSE IDEAS Alumni Network. Marta is an experienced policy analyst with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based policies and programmes across the UK and EU, with a focus on social policy, fundamental rights, and European governance. Marta's experience spans various sectors, including think tanks, government, and public sector consulting. Marta holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics (LSE), where she was selected for the first LSE–UC Berkeley exchange programme.
