Luca is a PhD candidate at the European Institute.
Luca’s research focuses on comparative party politics and legislative studies. More broadly, Luca is interested in the study of multi-level politics, coalition governance, and intra-party democracy.
Next to his doctoral studies, Luca works as Research Coordinator at the European Studies Centre at St Antony’s College, University of Oxford. He also serves as an elected town councillor in his central German hometown of Eschwege.
Prior to joining LSE, Luca obtained an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford (Mansfield College) and a BA with Honours from King’s College London.
