Luca is a third-year MRes/PhD candidate in the Department of Management. His research interests lie in personnel, labour, and organisational economics.
His work investigates how firms react to technological changes by adjusting tasks, incentives and decisions.
Before joining the programme, he worked as a Research Assistant at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
Luca holds an MSc in Economics from LSE and a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.
