Kristian is the Knowledge Exchange and Impact (KEI) Manager for the Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity (AFSEE) programme. He will develop a strategy to share knowledge, amplify the work of Senior Fellows, and raise the profile of key AFSEE initiatives.

He joined AFSEE after 2.5 years at the LSE Faith Centre, where he directed climate‑focused knowledge exchange projects for the Religion and Global Society unit. In that role, he worked with diplomats, policymakers, and advocates to strengthen understanding of how faith communities contribute to global climate action. He also chaired the UNEP Faith for Earth Youth Council and represented youth voices of faith at major international climate summits, including COP29 and UNEA‑7.

Kristian previously worked in the parliamentary office of Barry Gardiner MP and participated in the 2022 International Parliamentary Fellowship at the German Bundestag. He holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from LSE and a BA in Political Science and Norwegian from St Olaf College in Minnesota.
