Ilka Gleibs is Associate Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology in LSE's Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science. Previously, she was a Lecturer at the University of Surrey and a Post-doc at the University of Exeter in the Department of Psychology. She received her PhD in Social Psychology from the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena (Germany) and a MSc (Dipl.-Psych.) from Free University Berlin.
