Hayeon Cho

Hayeon is a Policy Officer at the TPI Global Climate Transition Centre (TPI Centre).

The TPI Centre provides asset owners and managers with publicly available data on the climate performance of companies, banks and countries. Hayeon contributes to Carbon Performance assessments and sectoral methodology development.

Background

Before joining the TPI Centre, Hayeon worked on carbon finance projects, managing the allocation of carbon credits for the Korean Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). She also worked on mobilising climate finance for sub-Saharan African countries at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Hayeon holds an MSc in Environmental management from Peking University and an MSc in Environment and Development from LSE.
