Hayeon Cho

Hayeon is a Policy Officer at the TPI Global Climate Transition Centre (TPI Centre).

The TPI Centre provides asset owners and managers with publicly available data on the climate performance of companies, banks and countries. Hayeon contributes to carbon performance assessments and sectoral methodology development.

Background

Before joining the TPI Centre, Hayeon worked as a project manager for carbon finance projects, managing the allocation of carbon credits to the Korean Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). She also worked on mobilising climate fund for Sub-Saharan African countries at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Hayeon holds dual MSc degrees in Environmental management at Peking University and in Environment and Development at LSE.
