Bio
Fulvia Oldrini is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the London School of Economics. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Zurich. She was a visiting researcher at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2024-2025.
Her research analyses the determinants and consequences of corporate disclosure in capital markets. Her recent work examines how disclosure shapes external financing choices, institutional investors’ interest, the composition of the shareholders’ base, and project selection.
