Florian has lived in London since 2000 and taught German for almost as long; he also teaches some Latin and has worked with singers and actors as an accent coach, having studied acting before finishing a BA in German studies in London.
He teaches at several institutions and has been with the LSE since 2014. He has taught both evening classes and part of a credit bearing module. Florian also tutors private students of all ages and levels to their specific needs when he is not busy with formal courses.
Florian has an interest in accents and dialects, in all languages, etymology and general history and includes as much cultural information in his teaching as time allows. He likes to sing, travel, read and cook and is interested in photography and international music in all languages and of all folk traditions.
