Felipe’s research focuses on corruption, bureaucratic politics, and public administration, with a regional focus on Latin America and a secondary interest in the political economy of foreign aid.
Before joining London School of Economics and Political Science, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Development Engagement Lab, based at University College London’s Department of Political Science.
Felipe holds a Master of Public Policy and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Oxford, as well as an MSc in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
