Federico Bastianello is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at LSE. He obtained his PhD from London Business School. His research interests lie at the intersection of asset pricing and behavioural finance, with a focus on how subjective beliefs are formed, updated, and reflected in asset prices and investment decisions. He combines recent advances in machine learning, econometrics, and information-based asset pricing models to study the beliefs of a wide range of market participants.
