Effrosyni Choumpavli

Effrosyni is a Health Policy Associate at LSE Health, specialising in health systems efficiency, health policy analysis, and the application of analytical methods to support evidence-based decision-making.

Her research interests include comparative health system performance, economic evaluation of health interventions, and the impact of socio-economic disparities on health and health care.

Effrosyni has worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where she contributed to projects focused on cancer care and health system performance across Europe. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the London School of Economics and Political Science and at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

She holds an MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, with a specialisation in economic theory and policy.
