Liudmila is the Research Unit Manager for the Health System Sustainability and Resilience Unit at LSE Health. In her role, she oversees the unit’s day-to-day operations and financial arrangements, supports the implementation of the PHSSR global initiative and coordinates grant applications.
Liudmila’s background combines management experience in academia and analytics. She joined LSE in 2023 in the PhD Academy Research Degrees Management team and later served as Department Research Manager in Sociology. Her work experience also includes managing a portfolio of international partnerships, leading international business school accreditations, and delivering analytical projects for higher education institutions and non-academic organisations. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, a double master’s degree in International Management and International Commerce, and a PhD in Internationalisation of Higher Education and Educational Strategies and Practices.
