The LSE Middle East Centre is seeking a part-time Research Assistant to join the research project ‘Legitimacy and Civicness in the Arab World’. The project is funded by the Carnegie Corporation New York and led by Dr Rim Turkmani.
The postholder will be responsible for providing efficient research support including coordinating and assisting with publications and editorial processes, liaising with the research team and carrying out research assistance on the role of local civic actors in the Arab world.
The post will be based at the LSE Middle East Centre office in London and will report to Dr Rim Turkmani, Principal Investigator.
Contract Date: April 2024 – April 2025
Hours: approx. 7.5 hours/week
Pay: £21.80 per hour
