About me

Rashi Sonal's interests lie in the field of cross-cultural research. She also conducts research on how individuals construct their identities both within and outside the traditional boundaries of the workplace. She currently serves as the Academic Representative for the LSE Student Union.

Before joining LSE, Rashi received a dual MSc degree in Global Strategic Management from the University of Virginia, US, and ESADE Business School, Spain. She holds a Bachelors in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi, India.

Rashi has received several awards and scholarships. She received Best Paper of the Track award at the 2020 Indian Academy of Management conference. She was awarded a  scholarship for her MSc programme. 

Rashi has also worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. She also has industry experience in the field of Audit, having worked with Deloitte for two years.
