Kexin Zhang is an MRes/PhD candidate in Organisational Behaviour at LSE. She holds a Master's in Management degree with Honors from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin), and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong with a double major in history and finance.

Prior to joining LSE, Kexin worked in market strategy and operational management roles in China. She has also collaborated with Dr Xu Li as a research assistant in several projects.

Kexin’s research interests focus on macro aspects of Organisational Behavior, examining how cultural factors, social norms, and historical incidents affect business dynamics, particularly entrepreneurial motivation and strategic decision-making.
