About me

Caleb is a PhD Candidate in the Organisational Behaviour Faculty Group in the Department of Management at LSE.

Caleb holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour with Distinction from LSE, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism with Honors from the University of Missouri.

Caleb’s research focuses on leadership and well-being. Specifically, he is interested in the experiences and well-being of leaders, as well as how they ultimately shape the experiences and well-being of their employees. Within this work, he investigates the emotions and well-being of leaders with high narcissism, how leaders can best support autistic employees, how leaders process and react to quantitative information, and mental health and mental illness in the workplace.

Caleb has worked in data and people analytics for multiple companies, ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 across various industries and countries. Most recently, he launched a People Analytics function at a burgeoning education tech start-up. He also worked as an adjunct faculty for an MBA program in the U.S., teaching Organizational Behavior and Marketing Management, as well as developing curricula for data analytics courses.

He has received various academic awards, including the Sam and Bonnie Rechter Fellowship in Positive Leadership, Cheistha Kochhar Master of Research Prize, Mizzou Alumni Association Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award, and Outstanding Management MBA Award.
