About
Caleb is a PhD Candidate in the Organisational Behaviour Faculty Group in the Department of Management at LSE.
He holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour with Distinction from LSE, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism with Honors from the University of Missouri.
Caleb’s research focuses on leadership and wellbeing. His work examines multiple leader and employee contexts, including how leaders impact the wellbeing of neurodivergent employees and employees with mental illness. He is also interested in the wellbeing of leaders themselves – particularly those high in narcissism – and how their emotional experiences shape their leader behaviors and practices.
Prior to his PhD, Caleb worked in data and people analytics for multiple companies, ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 across various industries and countries. Most recently, he launched a people analytics function at an education technology start-up and developed global talent acquisition analytics at Snap Inc.
Caleb is an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and teaches various courses at the LSE, including International Human Resource Management, Leadership in Organizations, and Strategic Management. He also worked as an adjunct faculty for an MBA program in the U.S., teaching Organizational Behavior and Marketing Management, as well as developing curriculum for data analytics courses.
Caleb has received various academic awards, including the Lim Kim San Fellowship at Singapore Management University, the Sam and Bonnie Rechter Fellowship in Positive Leadership at the University of Louisville, the Cheistha Kochhar Master of Research Prize at the London School of Economics, and the Mizzou Alumni Association Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award at the University of Missouri.
