Shadi is a current PhD candidate in economics at LSE, set to complete her studies in 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sharif University of Technology. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a researcher in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare in Iran, contributing to the reform of the subsidy programs.
