Dr Meghan Finn (Visiting Fellow)

Meghan Finn is a Senior Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Johannesburg. Her research focuses on the constitutional duties of private actors, focusing on anti-discrimination law and administrative law. She holds degrees from UCT, Oxford (BCL), and Wits (PhD), and before joining academia practised as an advocate (barrister) at the Johannesburg Bar and clerked at the South African Constitutional Court.
