Professor Emily Jackson has recently contributed towards an Amicus brief to the US Supreme Court on Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization. This pending US Supreme Court case is a challenge to a Mississippi law which bans almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and will be heard in December.
