Associate Professor Eva Micheler has been appointed to an expert group established by the European Commission. The Expert Group on Technical Aspects of Corporate Governance Processes will assist the Commission with its work on technical aspects of corporate governance processes, including the use of modern information and communication technologies in corporate governance. The group is composed of 12 members either representing various groups of stakeholders, such as investors, issuers and intermediaries or independent experts.
