About me

Andreas Sorger engages with marginalised figures in 20th century political theory, such as C.L.R. James and W.E.B. Du Bois, to provide new perspectives on contemporary political questions. His current research project reconstructs 20th century conceptions of propaganda and connects them with 21st century debates on the problem of misinformation and disinformation. After completing his PhD at LSE in 2024, Andreas was a lecturer at Sciences Po and The American University of Paris.
