2nd Workshop for Early Career Women in Economic Geography and Spatial Economics
The Department of Geography and Environment at LSE is pleased to host the 2nd Workshop for Early Career Women in Economic Geography and Spatial Economics (WECW-EGSE) on 16–17 March 2026. The workshop will take place in person at the London School of Economics and Political Science campus in London.
This two-day workshop aims to promote women-led research by bringing together female scholars working in Economic Geography and Spatial Economics. It is open to advanced PhD students, fellows, and postdoctoral researchers. Participants will have the opportunity to present their work, receive constructive feedback from a departmental faculty discussant, and connect with other promising scholars.
