Elibeth is a pre-doctoral research assistant in the Centre for Economic Performance. She works on the CEP Labour Markets research programme. Her research interests include microeconomics, causal inference, and machine learning, as well as urban and labour economics.

Elibeth holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a BA in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Before joining LSE, she worked as a research assistant and consultant on topics related to environmental economics, education, political economy, and the application of machine learning to causal inference.

Frederic Denker

Frederic is a pre-doctoral research assistant in the Centre for Economic Performance. He works under John Van Reenen and Anna Valero on the Programme for Innovation and Diffusion (POID).

Frederic holds an MSc in Economics from the Paris School of Economics. Before joining LSE, he worked as a research assistant at the Paris School of Economics and Sciences-Po.

Rasmus Duret

Rasmus holds an MSc in Economics from LSE and a BSc in Economics from University College London. Before joining LSE, he worked as a research assistant at UCL and interned at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

Jake is a pre-doctoral research assistant in STICERD. He works under Sir Tim Besley on STICERD’s Cohesive Capitalism, Political Science and Political Economy and Development research programmes. His research interests include political economy and decision theory.

Jake holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at LSE.

Niklas Filkorn

Sveva Manfredi

Sveva is a pre-doctoral research assistant in CEP. She works under Alan Manning on the CEP Community Wellbeing research programme. Her research interests include labour and public economics, in particular immigration, labour market inequalities and political representation.

Sveva is completing a Double Programme MSc in European and International Public Policy at Bocconi University and LSE. She holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University. Before joining LSE, she worked as a research assistant at the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality.

Jacopo Marini

Jacopo is a pre-doctoral research assistant in STICERD. He works on the Hub for Equal Representation and the STICERD Public Economics research programme. His research interests centre on the impact of technological change on local growth and well-being disparities, and on computational economics.

Jacopo holds a BSc in Economics from Sciences-Po. Before joining LSE, he worked as a research assistant at the Collège de France on projects relating to growth and innovation measurement.

Saipremnath holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, India. Before joining LSE, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Warwick and as a Legislative Research Assistant to an Indian MP.

Ram holds an MSc in Economics from LSE, and a BSc in Economics from Shiv Nadar University in Delhi. Before joining the CEP, he worked as a senior analyst in the competition economics team at Compass Lexecon.
