Jo Beall, Professorial Research Fellow at LSE Cities, delivered a talk on recent trends and urban futures in African cities at Connected Places Catapult on 19 November.
The talk was given at the launch of the 'African Cities Innovation Analysis' report, a scoping exercise on the business and innovation environment in African cities and the potential for partnerships with UK innovators.
The report, commissioned by Innovate UK and peer-reviewed by Beall, was written by Connected Places Catapult, an organization focused on improving mobility services and the built environment through innovation in cities around the world.
