Wider World: Panel Session on Behavioural Data Science

Part of the Behavioural Science and the Wider World Seminar Series

This event took place on 30 November 2021

The Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science (PBS) will host a panel session chaired by Paul Adams on the emerging field of behavioural data science: What is it? What are the opportunities and challenges? And how can you break into it?

Paul was joined by three leaders in the field: Jeroen Nieboer is the Behavioural Data Science and Research lead at Commonwealth Bank Australia; Ganna Pogrebna is a behavioural data scientist and Professor of Behavioral Business Analytics and Data Science at the University of Sydney; and Briana Brownell (https://leopardless.com) is currently the founder and CEO of PureStrategy.ai, a technology company which combines natural language processing, machine learning, and neural networks to give organisations the insights needed to make decisions confidently.
