About me

PhD Topic: Establishing and Assessing High Consequence Listening in Organisations

PhD Supervisors: Dr Tom Reader and Professor Alex Gillespie

My PhD explores how people within organizations respond to ethical and safety-related concerns. I am also interested in how we can better encourage listening to problems within institutions and the linkages between speaking up, its responses, and organisational culture. Before my PhD, I worked at University College London, investigating how intensive care doctors make antibiotic decisions before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. I obtained my MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology with distinction from the LSE and my dual-degree bachelor's at Western University/Ivey Business School in Honours Business Administration and Honours Psychology.
