Dmitry Suslov will discuss the formation and practice of Russian national strategy in a multipolar world.

He will describe how national objectives and their achievement are developed within Russian state institutions, as well as the evolution of national strategy over the past two decades.

Dmitry Suslov is Deputy Director at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies, within the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
