LSE Cities Executive Director Philipp Rode addressed the UCLG World Council 2020 on 13 November. Dr Rode gave a speech to introduce the Emergency Governance Framework developed as part of the second policy brief of the our Emergency Governance Initiative (a project delivered in partnership with Metropolis and UCLG) on how cities and regions can govern complex emergencies such as the current health, climate, and social emergencies.
