Professor Niamh Moloney has been appointed to the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities. The Board of Appeal hears appeals from decisions by the three EU financial authorities – the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
