Research Assistant in Behavioural Science: Quantitative Researcher

The successful candidate will support experimental research at the Inclusion Initiative’s new behavioural lab, contributing to TII’s research agenda and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include designing and implementing lab and field experiments, data collection and analysis, and communicating results to academic and business audiences.
The role requires experience in independent research, experimental methods, and stakeholder engagement, with a background in behavioural science, economics, or psychology. Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills are essential.
