CLICK HERE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND ANY OF THE STUDENT EXPERIEINCE SHOWCASE SESSIONS SCHEDULED FROM 20 - 31 OCTOBER 2025

The GO LSE Study Abroad Information Session took place on 16 October 2025. You can download the slides from the session below.

The GO LSE Study Abroad Information Session offers an exciting opportunity for you to find out everything you need to know about studying abroad.

It is also a chance for you to meet with the CIVICA and GO LSE teams and ask any questions that you may have about studying abroad.

This session is open to all first- and second-year undergraduate students who intend to study abroad, particularly Year-2 students who intend to study abroad during the 2026/27 academic year. This excludes students from the Language Centre who already have a study year abroad as part of their degree programme.

LSE values diversity and strives to promote equality at all levels including students. We strongly encourage study abroad participation from students from under-represented groups, disadvantaged backgrounds, and students with special education needs and /or disabilities (SEND).

You can download the CIVICA presentation and the GO LSE Study Abroad presentation.

Past GO LSE application statistics are also available for download.

Returned Student Experience Showcases

After the Information Session there will be the 'Returned Student Experience Showcases'. These are inspiring events organised per study abroad destination where students who have completed their year abroad (as well as those who are currently studying abroad) share transformative stories, cultural insights, and personal insights, offering a glimpse into the profound experience and impact of studying abroad.

It is a wonderful chance for you to meet and speak with returned or current LSE exchange students from your prospective study abroad institution.

There will be a separate Student Experience Showcase session for each study abroad destination. These sessions will be held either in person or online. The sessions are scheduled to take place on different days between 20–31 October 2025. Details of the various Student Experience Showcases will be published on this page by mid October.

Register to attend the Student Experience Showcase Sessions

Students who have returned from their year abroad or are currently studying abroad will share their experiences, covering topics such as applying, obtaining a visa, finding accommodation, and life at the host institution. Past participants have found these sessions extremely helpful both in deciding where to go to and preparing a successful GO LSE application.

There is a separate session for each host institution. We strongly encourage all students to register to attend and take the opportunity to ask questions directly to those who have been through the process.

Important Notes:
