**Our deadline to consider extenuating circumstances for the 2026 cycle has now passed. If you wish to make a submission for the 2027 cycle, the form will be available from mid-September onwards. Please note - You should only submit the form once your application has been submitted to UCAS and we have sent an acknowledgement email to you.**
