James serves as the Interim School Manager for the School of Public Policy at LSE.  He has over fifteen years working in Higher Education and joined LSE in 2009, following roles at the University of the Arts London and The University of Sydney. James holds a BA in Philosophy, Linguistics, and English Language from The University of Manchester, as well as an MSc in Culture and Society from LSE.

In his substantive role, James acts as the Department Manager in the Department of Media and Communications at LSE.
