We are delighted to share that the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at LSE has been ranked number 1 in the UK for Philosophy by the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2027.

Our department has been ranked top for Philosophy for the third year running. LSE has been named Russell Group University of the Year and ranked as the top university in London.

The ranking measures metrics such as teaching quality, student experience, research quality, entry standards and graduate prospects.
