Join the Lakatos Award Lecture 2025 by Lakatos Award winner Mazviita Chirimuuta

Mazviita Chirimuuta received the 2025 Lakatos Award for her book “The Brain Abstracted: Simplification in the History and Philosophy of Neuroscience”. Mazviita Chirimuuta is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh. Her current research interests include philosophy of perception, philosophy of neuroscience, and history of the mind/brain sciences.
