Dr Thomas Rowe is an LSE Fellow in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at LSE. Previously, he was a fixed-term Lecturer in Philosophy at King's College London.
Before that, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in PPE based in the Department of Philosophy at Virginia Tech. He completed his PhD in Philosophy at LSE in 2017.
He works in the areas of moral and political philosophy, and is especially interested in issues surrounding risk and uncertainty. His current research is on questions related to the fair allocation of scarce resources as well as the ethics of imposing risk of harm.
