About

About

Tanya Alaaldin is a PhD Candidate in Employment Relations and Human Resources at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Her research examines how employees experience and navigate workplace relationships and organisational practices, particularly when their needs and ways of working are overlooked by conventional approaches to management. She studies how workplace relationships, inclusion signals, microaggressions, and opportunities for voice shape employee wellbeing and agency. Using neurodiversity, particularly autistic employees' experiences, as a theoretically revealing context, her work develops broader insights into workplace inclusion, relational processes, employee voice, and wellbeing.

Her research has been presented at the Academy of Management, SIOP, IACM, the MIT Sloan Equitable Opportunity Conference, and other international research forums. Tanya teaches Human Resource Management at LSE and has received the LSE Class Teacher Award and two Highly Commended Class Teacher Awards.
