Roberto-Rafael is a PhD Economics candidate in the Department of Economics. He is interested in Social Sciences and AI (RLHF, AI alignment, Social Choice theory, Contract theory) and AI for Economics (Causal Inference, Deep Learning theory, Econometrics with images and text).

Roberto-Rafael has interned as an ML researcher/scientist at Google Deepmind, Amazon, the Bank of Spain, and JP Morgan. He has a BSc in Mathematics (2018) and a BA in Business (2020), both from the University of Barcelona.
