Thesis Abstract:
His doctoral research focuses on financial decision making in the rental housing industry in New York City. The goal of his research is to understand how access to credit shapes relationships between lenders, investors, housing providers, and tenants, drawing from writings on the financialised economy, housing studies, and the sociology of debt.
