Madalena Martins

Madalena is a Policy Officer at the TPI Global Climate Transition Centre (TPI Centre).

The TPI Centre provides asset owners and managers with publicly available data on the climate performance of companies, banks and countries. Madalena contributes to assessing the world’s biggest banks on their alignment with the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Background

Before joining the TPI Centre, Madalena worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Guidehouse and led the Brazil chapter for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), where she engaged with financial institutions worldwide and helped shape carbon accounting methodologies adopted across markets.

Madalena holds an MSc in Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University and a BSc in Management from the Nova School of Business and Economics.
