Lin is a PhD student in the Department of Economics. Her research interests lie in urban economics, applied microeconomics, and empirical industrial organisation.
Before joining the programme, she worked as a research analyst at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Lin holds an MA in economics from Duke University and a BA in Business Administration from Nankai University.
