Jeanne Bomare is a Research Officer at the International Inequalities Institute. She is an applied microeconomist specialised in Public Economics and Public Policy, with a particular interest in international tax evasion and offshore real estate.
Her research relies on public policy evaluation to understand how tax regulations shape local housing markets and inequality. She completed her PhD at the Paris School of Economics in 2025. She is also affiliated with the EU Tax Observatory and with Skatteforsk - Centre for Tax Research.
