James is the founder of MoreThanNow, a behavioural science practice specialising in experimental research and academic collaboration. MoreThanNow's field experiments have led to publications on gender and work, leadership, wellbeing and performance in journals like Science Magazine and the Academy of Management, and business press including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. James's focus at the London School of Economics is to further close the gap between business leaders and academics, and deploying high-quality, scientific research in service of real world impact.
