Isabella is pursuing a PhD in Environmental Economics at LSE’s Department of Geography and Environment. Her research examines the diverse climate adaptation strategies adopted by households in response to climate shocks, with a particular focus on the interplay between migration, climate change perceptions, and agricultural practices.
Isabella holds an MSc in Economic and Social Sciences (2023) and a BSc in Business Administration and Management (2020) from Bocconi University in Milan. Prior to commencing her PhD, she worked as a research assistant in Environmental Economics for the Office of the Chief Economist in the South Asia Region at the World Bank. She also worked as a Predoctoral Fellow at LSE, and as a trainee at the European Commission on environmental and energy state aid schemes.
