Helen's background is in teaching English as a foreign language. After graduating, she taught English in Granada, Andalucía for 9 years before returning to work in London.
Helen has worked at the Instituto Cervantes, SOAS and since 2008 in teaching and learning support at LSE.
Helen's undergraduate degree is in Modern Languages and Political Studies and she has an MA in Lifelong Learning from the UCL Institute of Education (IOE). Helen manages the Language Community and the Language Centre’s social media accounts.
