Abu Siddique’s main research interests lie in the field of development economics. Much of his work is on discrimination, gender, and human capital investments in low-income countries. Currently, Abu is working on development issues in Bangladesh, Ghana, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Fiji, Cambodia, and Uganda.
