About

Chloé is a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics. Her primary research interests are public economics, behavioural economics and political economy.

She is currently investigating the demand for redistribution: what do people deem fair? How much are they willing to redistribute, and which narratives underpin their views? Her work also explores the disconnect between the redistributive policies that find public support, and those deemed optimal by economic models.

Chloé holds both an MRes and a BA in Economics, and a BA in Political Science, from the Free University of Brussels (ULB).
