Volunteering opportunities

As an Event Support microvolunteer, we will need your support to ensure our fundraising and other engagement events are successful by helping us with the setup of signage, banners, and promotional materials and encouraging donations (through bucket collections or contactless devices) or conversations.

"A picture is worth a thousand words" Do you have expeirence or interest in photography and/or videography. Help our team to take photos and create films.

Language Translation Microvolunteer Would you like to provide vital support to vulnerable adults who need help translating important documents for whom English is not their first language?

As a First Response Volunteer, you will help find those rough sleeping quicker, and enable Outreach workers to spend more time supporting those found to move away from the streets.

We are looking for volunteers to facilitate regular gardening sessions for our clients, guided by St Mungo’s values.

Stay on-site for one week to support the same small group of children. You will complete activities with our young people, and in doing so, help them to discover how brilliant they are, showing them kindness and teaching them to be proud of themselves as they explore and grow through the week.

Open to any volunteers who have completed at least one residential project, mentoring offers the opportunity to create a unique and long-term bond with one of the young people we support.

We are dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing of vulnerable young people who have experienced complex disadvantage, such as abuse, poverty, or neglect. Free To Be Kids supports these young people to change their stories about who they are, and who they can be.
