Tell us about your career journey since graduating, and the impact of your LSE education.

Since graduation, I have applied everything I learned during my master's degree through ZEa Consultoría Social, a company I founded in 2014 with the mission of bridging the gap between businesses, governments, and their communities. From this vantage point, I have designed and adapted methodologies to the Mexican context for social impact assessments of infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy and mining sectors. I have also developed a human rights impact assessment methodology for various business sectors and lead dialogue processes, social management, and multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives.

I have been fortunate to apply all the knowledge gained at LSE through quantitative and qualitative research methods, participatory exercise design, and corporate communication strategies. The cultural psychology knowledge I acquired has been particularly valuable in adapting and redesigning methods and guidelines originally developed in Europe or the United States, ensuring they address Mexico's unique characteristics as a country with diverse cultural, social, and economic conditions.

My LSE education provided me with the theoretical foundation and practical tools that have been instrumental in establishing a successful social consulting practice that serves both private sector clients and government agencies in one of Latin America's most complex social and political environments.
