Joseph Abraham Prize
Joseph Abraham was a student on the MSc Financial Mathematics programme in 2010–11 and is remembered by the Department as an exceptional student and talented mathematician.

Joseph sadly passed away in 2015. He achieved a Distinction in his studies and made a valued contribution to the MSc Financial Mathematics cohort. In his memory, the Department and Joseph’s family established the Joseph Abraham Award.
The award is presented annually to the student who demonstrates outstanding achievement in the MSc Financial Mathematics programme.
The prize consists of £250 and a book, with the recipient selected by faculty at the MSc Financial Mathematics Examination Sub-board Meeting.
